Oracle Appliaction Health Checks are carried out by APPSLINK’s Solution Architects, some of the most experienced Oracle Application consultants in the Region. Many organization have already experienced the benefits of the Our Health Check, helping them deliver a better service to the business. We follow a proven four step methodology that leverages materials from Oracle Business Accelerators: • Scope Definition: To ensure the most cost-effective information gathering efforts, we work with you upfront to determine exactly which applications and business processes need to be reviewed during the assessment. We provide your team with proprietary Requirements Checklists that detail the following Oracle Business Flow Families (and their related component business flows) – Accounting to Financial Reports, Self Service Financial Options, Procure to Pay, Plan to Inventory Management, Order to Cash, and Demand to Build. You choose the Business Flow Family and related component business flows on which you would like the Healthcheck Assessment performed. Our team will validate your resource requirements, Oracle resource requirements, duration and cost to deliver the Assessment. A typical duration is 2 weeks, but is ultimately driven by the volume of processes to be assessed.
• On-Site Interviews: Based on the Business Processes chosen, and your questionnaire responses, we will conduct in-person interviews with key staff members (typically 1-3 days per business process). Interview observations about your systems and processes provide the granular input needed to build effective recommendations. • Healthcheck Assessment Report: Based on the information gathered, Oracle Consulting will produce a Healthcheck Assessment Report. This report details our findings, including current challenges, gaps, and current configurations that may prevent you from realizing the full potential of your Oracle E-Business Suite solution. We identify high-impact areas and provide recommendations to effectively address applications and business process changes and modifications in these areas. The assessment and recommendations will help you cost-effectively unlock greater value from your Oracle E-Business Suite applications. |
